What is EMERGE Live!?

EMERGE Live! is an empowering and transformative 3-day event specifically designed for visionary Black women. It’s a unique opportunity to connect, learn, and grow in a supportive community.

When and where is EMERGE Live! taking place?

EMERGE Live! will be held from April 19 to April 21, 2024 at the stunning Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, located in National Harbor, MD.

Who is the event designed for?

EMERGE Live! is tailored for Black women who are looking to transition into a new phase of their lives, rediscover joy, uncover their purpose, and elevate both their personal and professional journeys.

Registration, Hotel & Transportation

How do I register for EMERGE Live!?

You can register for EMERGE Live! by visiting our website and clicking on the “Register” link. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

What are the registration fees and deadlines?
  • Early Bird (Register before December 31): $1599
  • Regular (Register by March 14): $1899
  • Late Registration (After March 15): $2199

*We expect tickets to sell out so we recommend you act quickly to secure your spot. Contact [email protected] for special rates tailored to students, young professionals, unemployed or underemployed women, community and nonprofit leaders, and budget-conscious retirees.

What is included in the registration fee?

We have several different options for registration. Visit our registration page for details on what’s included in your registration.

Can I get a refund if I can't attend after registering?

We do not offer refunds for registration fees. However, you can transfer your registration to another person by contacting our support team at [email protected].

Where is the event venue located?

EMERGE Live! will take place at the breathtaking Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, situated on the picturesque shores of the Potomac River. The address is 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, Maryland, USA, 20745—just minutes away from downtown Washington, DC.

What amenities does the Gaylord National Resort offer?

The Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center boasts a wide range of amenities to enhance your stay, including multiple on-site restaurants, a luxurious spa, a fitness center, and beautiful indoor gardens. You’ll also enjoy stunning views of the Potomac River and access to a variety of shops and entertainment options at National Harbor.

Is transportation available from the airport to the resort?

The resort is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA). You can easily reach the Gaylord National Resort by taxi, shuttle, or rideshare services from the airport. The proximity of the airport makes travel to and from the event hassle-free.

Can I book a room at the Gaylord National Resort through EMERGE Live?

Are there nearby attractions to explore during my stay?

Absolutely! National Harbor offers a vibrant mix of attractions, including the Capital Wheel, Topgolf, MGM National Harbor®, Tanger Outlets, and waterfront dining. Washington, D.C., with its historic landmarks and museums, is just a short drive away.

How can I arrange transportation to and from the airport or other local destinations?

The Gaylord National Resort provides a range of transportation options, including shuttle services and valet parking. Additionally, taxis and rideshare services are readily available for your convenience.

Is parking available at the resort?

Yes, the Gaylord National Resort offers both self-parking and valet parking options. For attendees of EMERGE Live! We have negotiated a 20% discount on self parking rates.

Can I extend my stay at the resort beyond the event dates?

Definitely! If you’d like to extend your stay at the Gaylord National Resort, we recommend booking your accommodations as early as possible. Our discounted room rates are available to you from April 16 – April 24, 2024.
